Good to know

Distilled by Adams Distillery in Perth, Tasmania, we wanted to try an experimental grain bill featuring Gladfield’s Manuka Smoked Malt. For now, this malt is exclusive to this release.

Matured from 2019 in a variety of wine, bourbon and fortified casks, the contents were then married together after 4 years to be finished in Highwayman ex-peated casks for a further 3 months.
